Great for short-phase focus, short distance racing (5K-10 miles), and up to half marathon with solid base already in place.

4 months

This is perfect for leading to a specific race, or a short race season. 

Up to marathon and 50k with good base already in place.

6 month plan

You are committed. You have some big goals to reach that may take some time beyond a single race event. Review, focus and prioritize all your running goals over a longer period of time.
